Award for Brain Research

Frankfurt am Main, 14.01.2004

For the 11th time the Center for Geriatric Research at the University of Witten/Herdecke will award the prize for brain research in geriatrics. With this prize physicians, scientists, pharmacologists, nursing staff, psychologists and sociologists are honoured for their work which – on the basis of applied research – is a considerable contribution to improving diagnosis, therapy and care of geriatric patients with brain diseases. The prize is funded by Merz Pharma with 10,000 Euro.
