Merz Holding Board
The Merz Holding Board of Merz Asset Management Holding GmbH & Co. KG advises the Management Board; its duties include approving major projects, such as acquisitions and extraordinary transactions. The Merz Holding Board has six members: three are members of the shareholder families and three are external members including the CEO and COO of Merz Group.
