- Graduated in Business Studies from the University of Munich
Dr. Almuth Steinkühler
Chief Financial Officer, Merz Group
- Joined Merz in November 2025, responsible for key areas including Controlling, Tax, Treasury, Accounting, Sourcing and IT
- Previously served as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at SCHOTT Pharma
- Brings extensive experience in finance leadership roles at global companies such as Continental and thyssenkrupp
- Specializes in digital transformation and business process optimization
- Holds a Ph.D. in Economics
